Entrance - with door through to rear garden, door to garage and hallway leading to Kitchen/Dining room. Please note the ground floor is tiled throughout.

Kitchen/Dining Room – well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, gas hob, dishwasher and microwave. Pine table and chairs to seat 6 comfortably.

Living Room – with open fireplace (logs available locally), TV with Freeview channels, DVD player, 2 sofas, 2 easy chairs, coffee table, bookcases. Door leading to  conservatory.

Conservatory – with small wicker sofa and chairs – doors leading out to rear garden.

Cloakroom  – with w.c.  basin, boiler for central heating

Garage – with washing machine, tumble drier, butler’s sink.

Bedroom 1 – A double aspect room with double bed, fitted wardrobe, side tables, chest of drawers, lamps, TV.

Sorry no smoking inside the house. No unaccompanied teenagers. One well behaved dog allowed at the property with prior permission.
