Booking Conditions:
A 25% deposit is payable on booking your holiday (please note this is non-refundable). The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your stay.

Payment:
Please make cheques payable to Mr. Philip Dawes. It is possible to pay by credit card although there is a 2.5% surcharge for this service to cover the extra charges involved.

Price Includes:
Heating, electricity, water, bed linen, towels (bath sheets and hand towels are provided, you will need to bring your own beach towels).

To get your stay off to a good start you will also find a complimentary bottle of wine and box of chocolates!
