If you want to use the ground floor bedroom to increase capacity to 5 people there is an extra charge of 20% of the booking total.
Short Breaks (usually Friday 16.00-Monday 10.00 or by arrangement) are charged at 75% of the Weekly Rate but may not be available during peak periods.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your holiday booking, and the final balance is due 6 weeks before your break commences along with a £100 returnable house-keeping deposit.

It is possible to pay by Debit Card, Cheque or Credit Card Please note there is no surcharge for card payment although Debit Cards are preferred.
Price Includes:
Heating, electricity, water, bed linen, towels (bath sheets and hand towels are provided, you will need to bring your own beach towels). To get your stay off to a good start you will also find a complimentary bottle of wine and box of chocolates!
No smoking inside the property.
