Christmas & New Year 2012 £1095 per week

Short Breaks (usually Saturday 16.00 to Monday 10.00 or by arrangement) are charged at 75% of the weekly rate although they may not always be available during peak periods.

Weekly bookings run from 16.00 Saturday to 10.00 the following Saturday.A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, and the final balance is due 6 weeks before your break commences along with a £100 per week returnable house-keeping deposit.

It is possible to pay by Debit Card, Cheque or Credit Card  Please note there is no surcharge for card payment although Debit Cards are preferred.

Price Includes:
Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels (bath sheets and hand towels are provided, you will need to bring your own beach towels). To get your stay off to a good start you will also find a complimentary bottle of wine and box of chocolates!

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. 1 small well behaved dog allowed at an extra charge.
