A charming 3 storey house enjoying sea views along the coastline from Aldeburgh to Thorpeness. 

This beautifully presented property is situated about 2 minutes walk from the beach and only a short stroll into to the centre of Aldeburgh itself. It is quiet, yet has all the amenities close by. The house sleeps up to 6 people in 4 bedrooms.

Ground Floor 

Living Room - Front door into living room with two leather sofas and small chair, wood-burning stove (winter only), tiled floor with under-floor heating, flat screen TV, DVD player and access to ‘freesat’ channels, Ipod dock with speakers. 

Kitchen/Dining Room - A large room with beautiful handmade kitchen, pine table to seat 6 and glass patio doors which can be pulled back to give access to the pretty courtyard garden – great for entertaining on those long Summer evenings! The well equipped kitchen includes electric range cooker, 5 ring hob and wide oven/grill, extractor fan, tall freestanding fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and waste disposal unit. The tiled floor has under-floor heating. 

Cloakroom - With w.c. and basin. There is also a washing-machine. 

1st Floor 

Bedroom 1 - King size bed, 2 bedside chests, built in wardrobes. There is a window seat with views of the sea to the right. This room has an en-suite shower room with power shower, washbasin, w.c., illuminated mirror and heated towel rail. Fully tiled floors and walls. 

Bedroom 2 - A south facing room with single bed and chest of drawers. 

Bedroom 3 - A single room with chest of drawers, looks out over the courtyard. 

Family Bathroom - Consisting of bath, w.c., washbasin, partially tiled walls, tiled floor, heated towel rail. 

2nd Floor 

Bedroom 4 - With double bed, chest of drawers, 2 bedside chests and large walk in wardrobe. This room has views of the open marshland looking towards Thorpeness. 

Bathroom - A very large room consisting of bath, separate double shower cubicle with power shower, washbasin, w.c. Partially tiled walls and fully tiled floor. 

Outside there is a pretty south-facing courtyard which is very private and has a variety of shrubs and herbs. There is a table and chairs to seat 6 and a BBQ is provided. There is a handy shed to store bicycles etc if required. Steps lead from the garden to the garage and parking area. 

All prices included white cotton bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels), heating and electricity. There is a welcome bottle of wine and box of chocolates to get your stay off to a good start.
